UPIFees.com is a free informational calculator. It estimates UPI Merchant Discount Rate from published government and NPCI rules. It does not process payments, hold money, or act for any bank or payment provider.

Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and using the site does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Decisions about pricing, merchant category, payment provider or tax treatment are yours, and are best taken with your own advisers.

The calculator applies the published framework. What a specific merchant is actually billed depends on things this site cannot see, including:

• The merchant's acquiring bank or payment aggregator and the contract with them
• How the merchant account is classified, for example P2M, P2PM or an industry programme category
• How the payment is routed and configured
• Taxes and other charges applied by the provider
• Any later change to the rules or to their implementation

Treat the result as an estimate. Verify your real charges with your bank or payment provider before relying on them.

The MDR framework is set by the authorities that govern UPI, not by us. Rates, thresholds, categories and dates can be revised, deferred or withdrawn. We update this site when official sources change, but there may be a gap between an official change and our update. Official sources always take precedence over anything on this site.

UPIFees.com is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of NPCI, the Reserve Bank of India, the Ministry of Finance, the Government of India, any bank, or any UPI application. Names of organisations and services are used only to describe the rules accurately.

You may use the site freely for personal and business purposes. Please do not:

• Present the site or its results as official, government-issued or bank-issued material
• Scrape or automate requests in a way that degrades the service for others
• Attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting or its security
• Reproduce the content wholesale as your own, or republish it in a way that misstates the rules

The design, text, code and presentation of this site belong to its operator. You are welcome to quote short passages with a link back, and to link to any page freely.

Material published by the Government of India, its departments and NPCI belongs to those bodies and is subject to their own terms. We summarise and cite it rather than reproducing it.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site, including errors in the calculations, interruptions in availability, or decisions made on the basis of an estimate.
